New Client Process

We work hard to provide real value for our clients.  Knowing and understanding you, your values, and your goals is essential to building the appropriate financial strategy. This process takes time. We are proud to share that many of our client relationships span decades. Each of these long-standing relationships began as a new one. While we can’t know everything about you in a short amount of time, our process below helps us to identify who we can best help and provide the most value. 

 

Initial Call

The best way to know if we are the right advisor team for you, is to talk to us. We start every relationship with a 15–20-minute phone call. Call our office to book your complimentary consultation. Relationship Discovery Meeting

If after our initial call you would like to proceed then we would follow up with an in-person or virtual meeting (still no financial commitment required).  

At this meeting you can ask any question you want about us or our practice. However, this meeting will be 95% about you! We need to understand your goals, priorities, and life experience to understand if we are the right advisor team for you. By getting to know you, we can help align your financial strategy with the things that matter most to you.

If you have a spouse, life partner, or other person who is affected by your financial decisions, we ask that they attend this meeting as well.    

Partnership Call

After our relationship discovery meeting, we recommend you take a couple days to review our interactions and potentially interview other advisors. We are confident our process can stand up with the best in the business, and don’t want anyone to feel pressured to make a fast decision.

A few days after our Relationship Discovery Meeting, we will follow up and mutually decide whether Kimball Creek Partners is the right team for you.

Our top-shelf support team will then assist with opening accounts and onboarding to our platforms.
